WI Quality Residency Program Registration - Individual Modules

The WI Quality Residency Program is designed to engage new and novice hospital quality improvement leaders in a track of education, leadership training, and networking – all critical for success in the first two years on the job. The guest registration option is offered on an “a la carte” basis for experienced quality and other interested hospital leaders looking for a “refresher” in a specific topic area.

Change Management: Leading Teams & Chartering Alternative Paths 2024

Conflict: Managing Difficult Conversations with Confidence (2-part)

It is defined as a pattern of thinking where the individual doubts their skills, talents or accomplishments. They suffer from a deep fear that they will be exposed as a “fraud” who does not deserve the position they have been given or the status and or respect they have achieved. They often attribute their success to luck and frequently struggle with feelings of inadequacy and decreased self-worth. Pediatric Assessment/Emergencies - 2025

It is imperative to recognize that pediatric patients are not little adults. This course is designed to review the anatomy and physiology considerations that differentiate the assessment of the pediatric patient from that of an adult. Within the assessment findings, children will demonstrate subtle clues that their condition is beginning to deteriorate requiring the healthcare provider to rapidly intervene before they decompensate. Throughout the day several pediatric emergencies will be reviewed along with describing priority interventions needed/required. Knowledge learned will be applied and integrated into several simulated case studies.
