Speech-Language Pathologist

This established part-time position, offers a diverse caseload that includes inpatient and outpatient services for all ages, including Birth to Three.

Part Time Administrative Assistant 

Rural Wisconsin Health Cooperative is looking for an energetic candidate to join our administrative team! Responsibilities of this 0.5 FTE position include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Providing assistance to the Education Department including but not limited to managing registrations and billings, CEU requirements, testimonials, and other duties as assigned
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, and emailing and data entry.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Providing excellent customer service.

Education: Minimum of Associate degree or High school degree with 5 years of work experience: Computer skills are critical and knowledge of medical terminology would be helpful. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Software skills: Microsoft Outlook/Microsoft Work/Excel Spreadsheet/Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks in an efficient, accurate manner.
  • Able to handle interruptions and make needed changes to daily schedule as necessary.
  • Commitment to quality and following RWHC standards, policies, practices and procedures.
  • Courtesy, tact and the ability to get along with coworkers as a team member, and the ability to keep sensitive information strictly confidential are essential.

Educational Program Specialist

The WCRGME & WiNC Educational Program Specialist is responsible for coordinating and performing administrative activities of the Wisconsin Collaborative for Rural Graduate Medical Education (WCRGME), Wisconsin Northern and Central (WiNC) GME Consortium.

Job responsibilities include coordinating educational events and programs, updating training site and program data, supporting marketing efforts including the website and social media, and coordinating outreach efforts to programs and partners. This position is in the office in Wausau at least 1 day/week with the rest of the week remote. There may be more in-person days needed depending on the time of year and workflow. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

General

  • Understands the mission and purpose of WiNC, WCRGME and RHWC.
  • Works with the WiNC Center of Excellence (COE) and WCRGME staff in support of programs and educational events which include both in-person and virtual activities.
  • Organizes events including faculty development conferences and learning series, poster fair, residency recruitment fair, and annual meetings.
  • Coordinates updates of training site map, website directory, and program contact lists.
  • Supports marketing efforts including website updates, social media planning, bi-monthly newsletter, program promotional videos, and organizational communications.
  • Assists with outreach efforts including medical school visits and medical student advisory committee.
  • Organize and implement video project in support of residency and fellowship recruitment efforts.
  • Provides assistance to staff including meeting planning, grant reporting, and other key activities.
  • Maintains files and key documents in an organized manner for easy access.
  • Develops and maintains WiNC learning management system (LMS).
  • Provides technical support for LMS speakers and users.
  • Provides instructional design support to content experts to create effective learning opportunities within the LMS.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to accept and adapt to change.
  • Has ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines to meet varying organizational needs.
  • Demonstrates ability to work as part of a team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
