Jo Anne brings over four decades of her healthcare leadership experience to designing and delivering leadership and employee education for rural healthcare throughout Wisconsin and the United States. She has a M.S. in Educational Psychology/Community Counseling from Eastern Illinois University, is the author of Lead the Way in Five Minutes a Day: Sparking High Performance in Yourself and Your Team, and writes a monthly leadership blog.

Erin Smital

RN, Nursing Professional Development Educator, Nurse Residency Coordinator and Lean Residency Coordinator

Along with being an RN, Erin brings forward years of experience in various leadership roles in and out of healthcare. In addition to developing and presenting numerous leadership and nursing focused workshops, she also provides training in de-escalation as a Certified Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Instructor.

Corrie Searles

MPT, Leadership Development Educator

With her 20+ years of experience in leadership both in and out of health care, her past roles have included leadership for therapy teams in hospitals, long term care, outpatient, and home health, as well as Cardiac Rehab, Occupational Health, Fitness Centers, and Stress Testing. Corrie has extensive experience in continuous improvement methodology and a passion for leadership development training. She has a Master’s in Physical Therapy, a Certificate in Organizational Leadership, and a Certificate in Customer Service & Leadership training with Achieve Global. She is certified to teach Crucial Conversations through Vital Smarts in addition to being a certified coach for Shift Positive 360.

Misty Koeller

MS, RN, Nursing Clinical Development Educator

Misty has 19 years of nursing experience. She “grew up” in rural medicine, working in the Emergency Department, on Med Surg, and in Obstetrics. Along with being an RN, she has been the course director for classes such as Trauma Nursing Core Course, Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course, Neonatal Resuscitation, and Advanced Life Support for Obstetrics. She has also taught Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Life Support. She tries not to take herself to seriously, and loves to have fun in a classroom!
