Rural Wisconsin Health Cooperative (RWHC) has been providing affordable and effective services to healthcare organizations since 1979. RWHC is owned and operated by forty rural acute, general medical-surgical hospitals. The Cooperative's emphasis on developing a collaborative network among both freestanding and system affiliated rural hospitals distinguishes it from alternative approaches. RWHC offers a variety of programs and services to its members as well as to other clients across the nation.
The RWHC is a great resource to our organization. As a Member we have access to the most current information regarding the countless changes in our industry and are better positioned to anticipate and respond to them.
The best part of the RWHC Leadership Residency was to discuss with other leaders our experiences in difficult situations. The opportunity to discuss what was learned in that situation, what went well and what they would change was priceless.
We have enjoyed working with RWHC for many years. We depend on their accurate and timely work to ensure we are in compliance with our credentialing standards. We particularly like that RWHC’s secure website allows access at any time to monitor file development so we can plan our approval process.
