During this 3-day boot camp we will explore many aspects of nursing supervision in rural healthcare. Throughout this interactive boot camp, participants will be engaged in activities including partner and group discussions, self-reflection, role playing of effective communication/conflict management techniques, problem-solving case studies and collaborative sharing of ideas. This comprehensive course is designed to provide the core foundation of nursing supervision across the care continuum.
