Target Audience:
Leaders, middle-managers, supervisors, charge nurses, nurses, any human being that wants to become more service focused
Program Description:
Servant leadership is a leadership philosophy where the leader's primary goal is to serve others. This workshop will explore how leaders can prioritize the growth, well-being, and success of their team members above their own, fostering a culture of community, collaboration, and shared success. Together, we will delve into the core principles of servant leadership, understanding how to uplift those we lead while making a significant impact in their lives.
As our work force changes and shrinks, our leadership philosophy needs a reboot and more importantly a redesign. The younger generations desire to work for leaders who deeply care about them as a human being and not just for the job they are hired to do. They want to feel valued and respected.
Participants will learn how the best leaders are those who continuously light the way for others, demonstrating that what each person does makes a difference. The ultimate test of a leader's effectiveness is in the growth of those they serve. As Robert Greenleaf, guru of the Servant Leadership concept, asks… "Do they become healthier, wiser, freer, more autonomous, and more likely to become leaders themselves?"
Join us in this interactive and self-reflective workshop to transform your leadership approach and commit to being of service to your team, empowering them to thrive and succeed.
