Program Description:
Do you strive for a departmental or organizational culture of high employee engagement, accountability, and retention? Then lend me your E.A.R. While there is no one magical fix for any of these three critical factors for organizational strength, there are proven strategies that can elevate and sustain positive levels for each.
This interactive workshop equips today’s leaders with practical tips to foster a culture of engagement, strengthen accountability to clear expectations while maintaining relationships, and build understanding of what drives employees to stay, grow, and contribute long-term. By the end of the session, participants will leave with applicable tactics and a personalized plan of action.
Program Objectives- Participants will learn to:
- Recognize the signs of disengagement and explore the 3 E’s of Engagement
- Reflect on existing Accountability culture and practice an accountability conversation
- Determine the status of core retention practices and develop specific actions to reduce turnover.
Consider taking this workshop if the following are mostly true for you:
- Your recent employee engagement survey revealed opportunity to strengthen the discretionary employee drive and commitment to one another and the organization
- You’ve struggled balancing accountability to results while maintaining positive relationships across your team
- It’s hard for you to have an accountable conversation with others: You’re afraid if you hold others accountable to expectations (performance or behavior), they’ll leave
- You’ve noticed an increase or an ongoing challenge with turnover within your department
- You wonder if it’s really possible to have a fun, high functioning department with employees who care about the work and each other and achieve great results
