RWHC is excited to announce the National Rural Health Leadership Virtual Residency Program. In year six of this successful program in Wisconsin, we are expanding nationally to engage new healthcare leaders in this one-year track of monthly education and skill development sessions. We cover a wide array of topics to ensure success for those newly promoted.
Novice leaders – supervisors, managers, directors, team leads, charge nurses with less than one year of experience in a leadership role are ideal candidates. The commitment is for the full year of the program.
