Program Description:

For the changing reimbursement platforms? For the desperate need for healthcare redesign? How adaptable and flexible are you as leaders? How adaptable and flexible are your employees? Is your workforce change adept, or change resistant? Come to this interactive workshop to learn many ideas and strategies on developing a more resilient workforce culture in order to meet the rapid changes of healthcare.

Participants will learn to:

  • Define resiliency

  • Describe characteristics of individual and work force resiliency
  • Engage in self-reflection related to change and bounce back potential
  • Discuss strategies/ideas to develop a resilient culture
  • Contribute to and engage in discussion throughout session
