  • ICD-10 Opportunities - RWHC can assist your team with ICD-10 education and training related services.
  • Leadership Series - RWHC is pleased to offer this innovative leadership development series for both new and experienced healthcare managers. 
  • Preceptor Training Program - RWHC is pleased to offer this two-day workshop which builds skills around aspects of the preceptor role and provides opportunities for practice and feedback related to the essential skill set for preceptors. The workshop will be offered next on August 23 & 24, 2017. This workshop is open to both RWHC members and non-members.
  • Nurse Residency Program - RWHC is pleased to once again offer this year-long structured program offering support for the nurse graduate through monthly learning days and the support of an experienced nurse, a Clinical Coach. Cohort 1 will begin in October 2016, and Cohort 2 in February 2017. This program is open to both RWHC members and non-members.
  • Quality Residency Program - RWHC and the Wisconsin Hospital Association, along with their planning partners, are excited to offer the Wisconsin Quality Residency Program. This flagship program offers a two-year track of structured learning modules where the novice quality leader is highly engaged in an interactive, reflective, and enriched learning environment.   • Leadership Residency Program - RWHC is excited to announce the kick off of the Leadership Residency Program. This program engages novice healthcare leaders in a one-year track of education and skill development to ensure success as a leader.

  • Educational Programs/Benchmarking - RWHC strives to be responsive to members' needs in an ever-changing health care environment. We organize cooperative work groups and educational programs that address topics identified via roundtables, board meetings or individual member requests. With an emphasis on rural-specific issues and networking opportunities, RWHC has developed successful projects and programs in a number of areas.
  • Professional Roundtables - The opportunity to network with one's peers is one of the key advantages to membership in RWHC. RWHC offers approximately 35 professional roundtables, representing a wide range of clinical and non-clinical disciplines; additional groups are considered on a regular basis.
