  • Clinical Education Series - RWHC is pleased to offer this clinical education series for both new and experienced nurses.  Come enjoy a day of enhancing your knowledge and improving critical thinking at the bedside for overall improved patient care in your organization.
  • Leadership Series - RWHC is pleased to offer this innovative leadership development series for both new and experienced healthcare managers. 
  • Preceptor Training Program - RWHC is pleased to offer this two-day workshop which builds skills around aspects of the preceptor role and provides opportunities for practice and feedback related to the essential skill set for preceptors. The workshop will be offered next on August 23 & 24, 2017. This workshop is open to both RWHC members and non-members.
  • Nurse Residency Program - RWHC is pleased to once again offer this year-long structured program offering support for the nurse graduate through monthly learning days and the support of an experienced nurse, a Clinical Coach. Cohort 1 will begin in October 2016, and Cohort 2 in February 2017. This program is open to both RWHC members and non-members.
  • Leadership Residency Program - RWHC is excited to announce the kick off of the Leadership Residency Program. This program engages novice healthcare leaders in a one-year track of education and skill development to ensure success as a leader. 
  • New! Wisconsin Quality Residency Program - The Wisconsin Hospital Association (WHA), together with RWHC is excited to offer guest registration for the Wisconsin Quality Residency Program. You can review the schedule for more detail on the modules and register for on-site individual modules by clicking on the Quality Residency title above. Seats are limited and registrations will be accepted on a first come first served basis. The modules, focused on quality improvement concepts and essentials, are designed for new or novice quality leaders as well as experienced leaders looking for a “refresher” in a specific topic area. Each module requires completion of pre-work related to the module topic, which is announced well ahead of time. Active participation is also highly encouraged.   • Professional Roundtables - The opportunity to network with one's peers is one of the key advantages to membership in RWHC. RWHC offers approximately 40 professional roundtables, representing a wide range of clinical and non-clinical disciplines; additional groups are considered on a regular basis.

    • Onsite or Regional Education & Training Programs provided by our Coding Expert. Scheduled upon request and structured to fit your distinct needs. 
    • Coding Mentoring Program provides one-on-one education with your recent Coding Staff hires.
    • Educational Programs/Benchmarking - RWHC strives to be responsive to members' needs in an ever-changing health care environment. We organize cooperative work groups and educational programs that address topics identified via roundtables, board meetings or individual member requests. With an emphasis on rural-specific issues and networking opportunities, RWHC has developed successful projects and programs in a number of areas.
