Speech Language Manager

The Rural Wisconsin Health Cooperative has a full time position for a Speech Pathology Manager. This position is responsible for the training, coordination and management of speech pathologists at locations throughout southern Wisconsin. This includes supervising, scheduling, budgeting, and strategic planning. This position will provide direct patient care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. The Speech Pathology Manager is also responsible for facilitating quarterly roundtable meetings for speech pathologists, nutrition specialists, radiology and rehab managers. This position requires a master’s degree in speech pathology with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, advanced training in dysphagia, an ability to teach and effectively problem solve, a WI license and ASHA certification. Management experience is preferred.

Speech Language Pathologist

Join our team of 11 dynamic therapists working in rural hospital settings throughout south central Wisconsin. The established position includes a caseload with hospital inpatients and outpatients of all ages. A position with RWHC offers the autonomy of private practice but the benefits of a large work group with quarterly collaboration meetings along with continuous support via phone and email. In addition, RWHC offers a competitive salary and benefits, along with paid travel time and mileage. We will work with you to establish a schedule (Columbus/Prairie Ridge) that meets your needs as well as the location’s. Candidates must be eligible for WI licensure and hold a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
