Welcome to the 2017 MEAC Workshop:
This full-day workshop provides the opportunity for both new and seasoned physician education administrators & coordinators to network and receive practical training to help them administer and improve the overall medical education experience.

Objectives: Participants will:

  • Identify personal strengths and apply them to increase positive communication and outcomes with medical learners, co-workers, and faculty.
  • Learn how to help preceptors provide and document meaningful learner evaluations and how to fit these duties into their daily schedule
  • Explore various apps and technology to improve the workday flow of your office.
  • Understand the significance of documentation during remediation efforts and other learning plans for the struggling learner.
  • Discover tools and strategies to stay energized and engaged. Learn action steps to cope with and prevent burnout.
Cancellation Policy: 
Cancellations received in writing up to two weeks prior to a program will receive a full refund , less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the program. Substitutions are accepted. Written notice of cancellation may be sent to cballweg@rwhc.com.
