Audiologist

The Rural Wisconsin Health Cooperative is seeking an audiologist to join our department. RWHC provides services to hospitals located in south-central and southwestern Wisconsin. Services include diagnostic testing of all ages, working with ENT Clinics and hearing aid services. There is an established schedule for a group of hospitals that provides an opportunity to create rapport with hospital staff, physicians and patients. Along with a competitive salary/ benefits, travel time and mileage reimbursement and/or a company car are included. Candidates must have or be eligible for Wisconsin licensure. Human Resources Generalist

Rural Wisconsin Health Cooperative (RWHC) is seeking an experienced and highly organized Human Resource Generalist to join our team.  This position is a .75 FTE with the potential to increase hours in the future.  We offer a casual and collaborative work environment nestled in Sauk City, WI.

Your contributions will include:

  • Administer benefits including enrolling new employees, processing employee changes, assisting employees with benefit questions, benefit communication, processing invoices, and any additional responsibilities related to benefits.
  • Process payroll for the organization and assist employees with any inquiries. Complete all compliance reporting associated with the company payroll.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and provide assistance with job postings and screening candidates.  Provide support through the selection and onboarding process.
  • Coordinate all compliance training to ensure completion within the required timelines.  Responsible for maintenance and storage of all completed documentation.
  • Coordinate the on-going education and training process to ensure employees are completing their training and certification within the specified timelines to renew all necessary certifications.
  • Serve as a point of contact for managers and employees regarding company policies and procedures.  Ensures actions are in compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal laws and in alignment with the Company’s core values. 
  • Assists Director of Finance and Support Services with developing and delivering HR strategy and initiatives for the organization.
  • Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements, evaluating milestone accomplishments; and evaluating optional courses of action. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will need:

  • Two-year associate degree, in a related field required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, with course work in human resources is preferred.
  • Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Must have strong organizational skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize work load and complete all tasks on time.
  • Must have the ability to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Must demonstrate commitment to accuracy and detail with specific ideas and goals
  • Must demonstrate good communication (written and oral) and analytical skills.
  • Must be able to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines and take pride in one’s work.
