Director of Health Plan Contracting

Rural Wisconsin Health Cooperative (RWHC) is seeking a high-level in-house consultant to lead its health plan contracting work with member hospitals and clinics. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Health Plan Contracting (DHPC) is a strategic member of the senior staff team at RWHC. This position has the advantage and satisfaction of consulting with member rural hospitals and clinics to understand and negotiate managed care insurance contracts through the related organizations, RWHC Network and RWHC PHO.

This position is highly visible inside and outside the organization therefore requiring a high level of self-confidence and professionalism to develop and maintain credibility across the healthcare industry.

RWHC members are independent non-profit facilities as well as affiliates of regional systems located in rural communities across Wisconsin. The DHPC helps them to be viable and productive providers of high quality services in the ever-changing and complex rural healthcare environment.

Financial Application Specialist

The Financial Application Specialist is a mid-level position that will provide Financial application support to multiple RWHC hospitals. Responsibilities will include implementing and supporting various Affinity/Harris applications including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Supply Chain Management, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and others.

Travel between sites, answering helpdesk calls, and providing after hours support are among the requirements for this position. Candidates should have at least 3 years experience using or supporting Healthcare financial applications with a desire to learn other applications as needed. Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service skills to be considered for this position.
