System Support Specialist


The RWHC System Support Specialist is a mid-level position that will provide Enterprise Resource Planning software (AP, GL, Supply Chain Management, Payroll, Time & Attendance, etc.) and Picture Archiving Communications System (PACS) support services to multiple Rural Wisconsin Health Cooperative (RWHC) member hospitals. Primary responsibilities: ERP software and PACS application implementation and support, including (1) pre-implementation assessments and departmental process redesign; (2) working with RWHC Systems Senior Manager and PACS Administrator, participant hospitals, and vendors to fulfill appropriate implementation schedules and work plans; and (3) providing participant hospitals with post-implementation support and ongoing application education services.

Candidates should have at least 3 years’ experience in software application support. Enterprise Resource Planning software, PACS and radiology workflow experience is highly desirable but not required, as training will be provided to qualified candidates. Travel between sites, answering helpdesk calls, and participating in after-hours call rotation are among the requirements for this position. This is a full time position, and includes partial work-from-home flexibility. Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service skills to be considered.

Full-time Audiologist


The Rural Wisconsin Health Cooperative (RWHC) is expanding our team of audiologists. RWHC provides services to hospitals located in south-central and southwestern Wisconsin. Services include diagnostic testing of all ages for hospital-based and ENT patients as well as comprehensive hearing aid dispensing programs. A schedule is established for a group of hospitals which provides an opportunity to create rapport with other staff members, physicians and patients. A competitive salary/ benefits, travel time and mileage reimbursement and/or a company car are included. Candidates must have or be eligible for Wisconsin licensure.
